This role is part of the Crew Scheduling function responsible for supporting day‑to‑day operations related to flight and crew scheduling. The position works closely with multiple operational teams to maintain accurate, compliant, and efficient crew rosters.
The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in aviation scheduling/crew operations, strong analytical ability, and the agility to work in a dynamic shift‑based operational environment while ensuring seamless communication and quick problem‑solving.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Business, People Management, or an equivalent discipline
- Post‑graduation (completed or pursuing) will be an added advantage
Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of overall work experience, with at least 3 years in aviation crew management/crew operations
- Experience working on crew management systems, rostering platforms, and operational data
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain team motivation in time‑critical situations
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate roster execution and operational outcomes
- Knowledge of airline rostering systems and aviation regulations
- Experience with compliance and regulatory aspects of aviation crew operations
- Ability and willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good listening skills, adaptability, and eagerness to learn

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the scheduling operations team in day‑to‑day flight and crew scheduling tasks
- Ensure crew rosters are compliant with regulatory, legal, and company requirements
- Monitor and update rosters based on operational changes such as delays, swaps, crew unavailability, and disruptions
- Assist in communication with crew members regarding schedule changes, assignments, and updates
- Provide support to colleagues in resolving scheduling conflicts and operational issues
- Assist in resolving crew-related disruptions such as shortages, absenteeism, or last‑minute changes
- Participate in planning and execution of contingency measures during irregular operations (IROPS)
- Contribute to process reviews and suggest improvements for scheduling efficiency
- Assist in training and onboarding new schedulers or team members
- Stay current on regulatory updates, industry trends, and best practices in crew scheduling
