A. Job Purpose
• Responsible for providing specialized technical expertise and support related to the airframe systems of Boeing aircraft in the fleet by ensuring the airworthiness and reliability of airframe systems, conducting inspections, and coordinating repairs and modifications.
B. Key Accountabilities
Functional Activities
• Perform troubleshooting of airframe systems on Boeing aircraft.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of airframe systems, structures, and related components.
• Conduct technical inspections and checks on airframe systems to identify and address issues.
• Oversee repairs, modifications, and upgrades to airframe systems, following manufacturer guidelines and aviation regulations.
• Monitor the performance and health of airframe systems to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical records and documentation related to airframe systems maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and aviation regulations to ensure safe and compliant airframe operations.
• Provide technical support and expertise to flight crews, maintenance personnel, and other relevant departments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in airframe systems maintenance.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone
project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

F. Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education requirements
• B. Sc/BE/B. Tech/Bachelor’s degree in engineering (aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionics)
Experience
Minimum
• 2-3 years of experience in airframe systems services /maintenance
Desired
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
• Experience on Boeing fleet is an added advantage
• B1 license on Boeing aircraft are preferable on Airbus aircraft ius preferable
