Johnson Service Group, a nationally award-winning staffing firm, has an immediate opportunity for a part time Administrative Assistant for a client in Costa Mesa.Contract | Onsite | $27.00 – 29.00 per hour depending on qualifications.
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide office, clerical, and customer service support in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Prepare meeting rooms, materials, and Board/Committee packets
- Post meeting notices and materials in compliance with requirements
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism
- Maintain files, records, logs, and databases
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and reconcile credit cards
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Support staff with scheduling, document preparation, and meeting logistics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational/technical training preferred)
- At least 1 year of general clerical experience, preferably with public contact
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
