About the team you are joining
The Ground Operations team leads the global development, implementation, and adoption of industry standards and best practices across safety, innovation, efficiency, sustainability, and baggage operations. Our portfolio includes key standards manuals (the IATA Airport Handling Manual, the IATA Ground Operations Manual, and the Baggage Reference Manual), the ISAGO audit program management, baggage operations, ground operations automation and digitalization, and the IATA Ground Handling Conference. You will report to the Head of Accreditation and Program Management and you will be part of a results‑driven, dynamic, and highly skilled team, bringing together junior and senior professionals with years of operational, safety, auditing, baggage, and leadership experience.
What your day would be like
Manage the Auditor Management & Scheduling Software
(AMSS), ensuring audit operations are executed reliably, efficiently, and
on time.
Deliver practical improvements
and automation of scheduling and tracking workflows, coordinating
enhancements, testing, and releases with digital partners.
Develop and implement accurate, optimized audit and
auditor schedules that meet all operational program rules, deadlines,
legal obligations, and contractual requirements.
Assign audits and auditors in
alignment with program standards and qualifications, while promoting
efficient resource utilization and high-quality delivery.
Coordinate day‑to‑day scheduling activities with internal and external
stakeholders, tracking progress, resolving conflicts, user support,
escalating risks or exceptions when necessary, and contributing to
performance monitoring.
Analize data, trends, and
performance metrics to drive scheduling decisions that improve efficiency,
reduce delays, anticipate risks and forecast future needs.
Support Ground Operations
leadership with priority projects and ad‑hoc initiatives related to audit operations, data, and
process optimization, and use of new technology
We would love to hear from you if you have
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, or Information Technology/Systems, or Data Management or Network/Database Administration
Experience in operational coordination and scheduling
in a fast paced environment with frequent changes and competing priorities.
Experience supporting a mission
critical operational system (audit management, scheduling, workflow, CRM),
including user support, issue triage, and contributing to minor
enhancements.
Ability to translate
operational needs into clear requirements and support testing and rollout
of system changes and enhancements.
Strong data discipline and
reporting capability, including data quality checks and working with BI or
other analytics tools.
Travel Required: Y 10%
