Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in web and mobile application development.
- Experience with high volume platforms and integrations.
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirement, preparing user acceptance test cases documents, making Wireframes, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Blue Prints.
- Able to create complex technical and functional user documentation.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and planning skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Basic experience in UML modeling language.
- Previous experience of working in an agile environment and using recognized development ,methodology; e.g., Agile, SCRUM, and KANBAN.
- E-commerce and B2C applications is a plus.
- Previous experience with proxy test tools is a plus
- CBAP certificate is a plus.
- Being familiar with ITIL and Project Management principles is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good command in English.
In this role you will
- Identifies detailed business requirements, designs solutions according to usability and accessibility, writes analysis and test cases documents for web and mobile application development.
- Meets with internal customers to discuss the needs and translate them into specific requirements and subsequent project objectives
- Consulting and improving business processes regarding business needs in consideration with value-added new technologies
- Being responsible for key user
- Leading and/or participating in IT projects to ensure adherence to goals and line of business needs
- Planning & designing business process tests and usability evaluations
