QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Econometrics, Statistics or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in payment area
- Knowledge of Digital Payment Technologies
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology
- Knowledge of Indirect sales channel (NDC, GDS), BSP Payment services are plus
- Knowledge of Fraud Prevention is plus
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge in statistics and data analysis
- Must have analytical persperctive, results-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic about new projects and digitalization
- Developing solutions that add value to the customer by working with internal and 3rd party parties.
- Negotiating, interacting, working on process gaps with multiple business lines

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the payment processes, ensuring the accuracy security of all transactions and the accuracy of financial records.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of payment transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Conducting benchmarking, research, and creating business cases for new payment methods, PSPs, and acquirer banks.
- Understand non-card based Payment methods (digital wallets, direct bank integraitons, mobile Payment solutions.)
- Stay informed on PSD2, other regulations and other payment industry developments (e.g. new Payment architecture)
- Creating, editing, testing and improving different cases, scenarios and methods in payment journey processes.
- Developing the IT roadmap and prioritizing projects for related products. Implement agile methodologies to accelerate product development and enhance collaboration.
- Generate detailed reports on payment activities and security incidents efforts. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis.
- Analyze payment transaction data to identify fraudulent activities and take necessary actions
- Stay up to date with payment methods, emerging fraud trends, new fraud schemes, and evolving technologies used by fraudsters
- Recommends enhancements and process improvements based on assessment of fraud systems and processes
