Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities in industrial engineering, business, or HR related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Organizational Development field.
- Strong capability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities and needs
- Have the right balance of result orientation and customer focus
- Have sensitivity to others, cooperative and team player
- Eager to learn continuously
- Must have strong interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy
- Ability to understand business goals, individual needs and recommend new HR approaches, systems and policies support performance and culture
In this role you will
- Manage projects to identify and solve functional or organizational problems to improve effectiveness of the organization.
- Using consultant-facilitator role and organization theory, partner senior managers for organizational transformation and change management.
- Conduct analysis of organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, reporting relationships, processes, and work flow to devise most efficient methods of accomplishing work.
- Conduct operational and organizational effectiveness reviews to ensure systems are applied as designed and functioning satisfactorily.
- Maintain a collaborative consulting relationship with managers and executives.
- Conduct change management approaches to transit individuals, teams and the organization from current state to the desired future state.
- Evaluate organizational change requests, develop alternatives and manage the decision process with the related parties
- Evaluate, analyze and follow up headcount requests, partner with HRBP’s as the subject matter expert.
- Develop and oversee performance management system. Track, monitor and continuously improve the process.
- As the Performance Management Systems Admin, run the performance management cycles.
