We are looking for an Maintenance Supervisor in ORD to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a responsible, adaptable and decisive individual, who understands how to ensure the integrity of the aircraft through qualified and thorough inspections carried out during RONs (Remain Overnight), transit, and prior to each flight departure. Additionally, in the event of a mechanical failure or malfunction, performing a quick and accurate troubleshooting will be key. This, handled by a professional with extensive knowledge and experience, helps minimize aircraft ground time, avoiding delays and/or cancellations that impact on our passengers and generate significant operational costs for the company. All this directly affects the profitability of the flight and the route.
Educational requirements:
- Aircraft Maintenance Technician studies.
- Valid FAA license.
- Conversational Spanish (preferred).
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy aircraft (over 12,500 kg), including training and at least 2 years of experience with B737NG and B737MAX.
