About the Role: Ensures the security of the Aircraft Engineering Department in line with BCAS regulations and company protocols, including access control, security operations, compliance records, and coordination with security agencies. Duties range from assisting in daily tasks to managing full operations, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to hangars and restricted areas.
- Conduct and supervise security screening of personnel and vehicles.
- Maintain and review security clearance records and documentation.
- Perform security audits, drills, and compliance checks.
- Coordinate with airport security and enforcement agencies.
- Investigate, document, and report any security incidents or breaches
- Candidate Profile:
- Knowledge of BCAS regulations and aviation security protocols.
- Strong alertness, observation, and incident-handling skills.
- Ability to follow procedures diligently; leadership skills for senior roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- AVSEC certification preferred (mandatory for senior-level roles).
- 0–5 years of aviation/airport security experience.
