· Process Documentation: Manage fingerprinting and badging paperwork for new hires.
· Coordinate Onboarding Activities: Guide new employees through necessary documentation.
· Complete Forms and Reports: Manage CBP forms, create rosters, and develop sign-in sheets to support operational needs.
Task and Team Management
· Clear Exceptions and Review Reports: Handle exceptions in AOD and post call-outs and tardiness reports.
