Delta Professional Services (DPS) is seeking a highly creative Graphic/Multimedia designer to support internal and external communications, marketing initiatives, and digital media projects. This role will be responsible for visual storytelling across a variety of platforms, ensuring that all deliverables uphold DPS brand standards while delivering engaging, high-quality visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design digital and print assets including presentations, infographics, posters, brochures, social media visuals, and email graphics.
- Create multimedia elements such as motion graphics, animations, video overlays, and interactive content for corporate communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts and messaging into engaging visual materials.
- Maintain consistency with DPS brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Assist in video production tasks, including storyboarding, editing, and basic post-production support.
- Support UI/UX initiatives related to dashboards and internal platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries.
This role works on an "as needed" basis, this is a part-time position.
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of professional design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design and multimedia work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices.
- Aviation or corporate communications experience a plus.
