Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at La Decoller in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that will capture our target audience's attention and communicate our brand message effectively.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts that align with the brand's message and objectives.
- Create high-quality designs for print and digital media, including social media posts, website graphics, email marketing, and other promotional materials.
- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the brand's visual identity.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to create fresh and innovative designs.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Work closely with the video production team to create engaging video content.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand's guidelines and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working as a graphic designer in a digital marketing agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the creative team and communicate with clients.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software.
- A strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and technical proficiency.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- A passion for design and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
