Lead Business Analyst- The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of business and functional analysis across the program.
Lead definition, structuring, and refinement of business and functional use cases.
Ensure requirements are complete, unambiguous, prioritized, and compliant with Modern Airline Retailing principle.
Support delivery teams with functional clarifications, dependency identification, and impact analysis.

Domain & Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Offer–Order retailing concepts, NDC, ONE Order
- Knowledge of airline commercial, distribution, and servicing processes
- Familiarity with IATA Modern Airline Retailing
- Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills
Knowledge of GDS systems.
- Education & Qualifications Primary / Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field
