Tasks
- Communicating with Hiring Managers and candidates to clarify expectations and address open questions
- Reviewing incoming applications based on predefined criteria and identifying candidates who best match the requirements
- Conducting short introductory calls or evaluating recorded video interviews
- Preparing a shortlist of recommended candidates and sharing it with the responsible Hiring Manager
- Coordinating interview appointments and ensuring that both candidates and Hiring Managers receive all necessary information
- Supporting candidates in arranging travel or accommodation when needed and verifying travel-related costs before forwarding them to the finance team
- Maintaining regular and proactive communication with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience
- Monitoring active recruitment processes, following up on pending steps, identifying possible delays, and escalating issues when necessary
- Contributing to continuous improvement

Requirements
- Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
- Good organization and the ability to set priorities in a structured way
- A collaborative mindset combined with the ability to work independently when needed
- Attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
- A practical, solution-oriented approach to everyday challenges
- Customer focus and clear, professional communication with candidates and Hiring Managers
- Curiosity, openness to learning, and comfort working in a dynamic environment
- Interest in recruitment or HR (previous experience is an advantage but not required)
- Familiarity with MS Office and willingness to learn new tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems
