Johnson Service Group an award-winning staffing company, is seeking an experienced VMI Representative who will provide support to our customers and serve as a communication link between our customers and internal staff. This person will work with company internal departments to conclude final quality analysis. This is a Temp job in the Chatworth, CA area.
Salary: $28.00 HR
- Daily review of all open orders, weekly supply chain analysis, monthly metrics reporting and annual customer forecast
- Ensure that sufficient inventory is available to the assigned customer and all contractual agreements are fulfilled
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Create data uploads via Excel for execution by Master Data.
- Perform additional duties as requested
Skills and Qualification Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
- SAP system knowledge (highly preferred)
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

- Demonstrated organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Additional duties as they may be assigned
Experience:
- 2 years prior experience in Customer Service preferred
- Extensive experience with implementation of corrective action programs
- Years of aerospace fastener experience: 0-3 years
- Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
