Responsibilities
About the role:
AP Customer Service Specialist entails dealing with customers' inquiries and providing a high quality of internal customer service. While reporting to AP Team leader, in this role you will also support local teams in accounting activities.
What are your responsibilities?
High‑quality customer service: responding to internal and external client inquiries by email in accordance with established standards (including telephone contact).
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and local business units: building lasting partnerships based on trust and collaboration.
Reconciling supplier statements and accounts: ensuring accuracy of financial data through regular comparison and reconciliation of accounting documentation with suppliers.
