Responsibilities
The Transfer Pricing Team Leader oversees transfer pricing processes, migrates new activities into the SSC, and drives continuous improvements. The role leads a specialist team, ensures global tax compliance, supports tax-efficient business structuring, and develops team capabilities.
Your Responsibilities:
Transfer Pricing:
- Lead a small team of specialists, assigning daily tasks and ensuring high-quality delivery (execution, reviews, issue resolution).
- Own the Transfer Pricing process, ensuring timely and accurate TP documentation.
- Resolve day-to-day issues and escalate incidents when required, act as a key contact for TP operational queries.
- Drive continuous improvement: identify process enhancements and partner with other teams to implement changes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate TP-related risks.
- Promote a strong service culture and audit-ready execution of processes and documentation.
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships, providing clear insights and proactive guidance to Financial Service Managers.
- Support Financial Service Managers during tax authority audits as needed.
Other:
- Driving engagement and empowerment and motivating team members
- Leading the transition and supporting transformation of local business processes from country to ESSC
- Providing high quality of internal and external customer service.
- Reporting KPI's to the Shared Service Management, and internal clients.
- Manage and develop talents within the TP team.
- Perform other duties as required.
Who we are looking for
- University degree (preferred: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or related).
- Min. 2 years of recent experience in Transfer Pricing or similar area.
- 3+ years of people management experience (Team Leader level).
- English language (min. B2) other languages skills will be an advantage
- SSC experience is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with TP documentation and audits.
- Good knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local TP regulations.
- Ability to interpret complex tax rules and turn them into clear, practical guidance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and risk assessment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strategic mindset and ability to see the bigger picture (incl. VAT optimization).
- Strong communication skills and confidence in working with stakeholders, advisors and tax authorities.
