Requirements
· Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
· 4 years social media, influencer and customer complaint management experience,
· Experienced in management of social media, crisis management, and listening platforms,
· Ability to generate customer insights from social media conversations and able to take actions accordingly,
· Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills,
· Being patient to teammates and customers,
· In hard conditions, take fast actions and decision,
· Team Player with other functionalities,
· Awareness of the latest trends and the outside world,
· Strong strategic planning, project management, multitasking, analytical and organizational skills
· MC Office skills.
In this role you will
- Define and manage the strategy for all Pegasus Airlines' social media channels, overseeing content in both Turkish and English in collaboration with key partners.
- Coordinate with the digital agency to ensure effective account management across all platforms.
·Responsible for community management, community engagement. Supervise “social media support team” located in Wephelp.
· Responsible for company’s online reputation management. Coordinates all essential actions to prevent a potential crisis case.
· Responsible for monitoring and evaluating brand’s all social media platforms performance and providing regular business reports.
· Being responsible for influencer relations, identify the community leaders and empower them to more actively contribute to the brand’s community by creating regular campaigns & cooperation.
· Work closely with online reputation management agency in monitoring and crisis management
· Continuously follow new social media tools, best practices and how other organizations and companies are using them and implement the preferred social media solutions for business issues
