Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in conversion rate optimization
- Proven expertise in A/B testing tools like insider
- Experience with mobile application & website analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Familiar with agile processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
In this role you will
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of user behavior on our website and mobile app, identifying drop-off points and pain points in the user journey
- Utilize tools like Hotjar to track user behavior, record user sessions, and generate heatmaps to uncover insights
- Read store reviews, surveys’ results to understand what users want
- Develop data-driven hypotheses to explain user behavior and identify potential areas for optimization
- Be in coordination with Digital Product Owners to evaluate hypotheses and to run A/B tests design and development processes
- Manage our testing platform and ensure seamless execution of experiments.
- Track key metrics, analyze test results, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Responsible of continuous improvement by iterating on experiments and incorporating learnings into future optimizations.
