You will work closely with the HR IT Operations team and gain insights into real system and release processes. You will help to analyze existing processes, derive test cases from them and build a central test structure on which future releases and changes can be based.
You will play an active role in shaping how test management will work in our environment in the future.
- Support in setting up a company-wide test management framework
- Analysis of existing processes and derivation of test cases and test scripts
- Creation and maintenance of test documentation, templates and guidelines
- Structuring and maintaining test cases in our test and ticket tools (e.g. Jira, Xray)
- Documenting test results and tracking defects
- Contributing to the continuous improvement and standardization of our test processes
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable
- Interest in software quality, testing and process management
- Initial experience in dealing with IT systems or software testing is an advantage
- Structured, careful and analytical way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English (Polish an advantage)
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Initiative, ability to work in a team and enjoy improving processes
