If you're ready to take the next step in your career with DHL Supply Chain, this is an exciting opportunity for you. We are currently seeking a Transport Supervisor for our Highbrook 1 site, where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the transport operations.
As a Transport Supervisor you will:
- Develop, review, and consistently meet KPIs.
- Show consistent application and conformance with the Supply Chain business's SOPs.
- Ensure a competent, motivated, and harmonious Agency team.
- Communicate professionally with clients and customers.
- Manage performance within budget guidelines.
Our ideal candidate will bring:
- A team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to connect with people from all backgrounds.
- A current hoist and reach license (preferred but not essential).
- High attention to detail and proficiency in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office (Intermediate level or above).
- A strong work ethic and commitment to team development.
- A full NZ Driver’s License (preferred).
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong client relationships.
