Position Title
Finance Business Partner MK - Assistant Manager
Reports To
MABKargo - Finance Business Partner
Role Purpose
Joint finance business partner of the subsidiary, to initiate initiatives to develop comprehensive financial and business analysis. Collaborate with business units and Group Finance to drive business performance and process improvement. (Key focus on Revenue / Cost and Management Reporting for the respective segments)
Key Accountability
- Collaborate with subsidiary's business units and other stakeholders to deliver key initiatives aimed at improving financial performance, profitability improvements and cost reduction.
- Jointly manage the production of analysis of the monthly, quarterly and yearly Subsidiary Management Report highlighting key variances to Subsidiary Head and manage company's finances via identifying process improvements and financial performance; and also the annual budgeting exercise and monthly forecasting activity.
- Assist decision making process of the subsidiary through financial data, insights, analysis and modelling (including through review of management papers and tender processes) - Key focus on revenue, cost and CAPEX
- Guide compliance to Group Finance policies and procedures (including through review of contracts / agreements) - Key focus on revenue, expenses (manpower related, etc), GIRR clearance, CAPEX and Projects
- Provide guidance and coaching within a high performance team.
Qualificaiton & Experience
Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or Professional Qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, MICPA, MIA etc) with 02 years experience in Accounting/Finance or in the related field
( For Assistant Manager)
Others : Relevant working experience in accounting / finance role with 04 years experience in Accounting/Finance or in the related field
( For Senior Executive)
