Officer, Special Product Handling – Express Handling Unit

Manager, Special Product Handling
Position Summary
The position is to ensure day to day operation functions in MABKargo, Special Product Handling – Express Handling Unit, operations functions are smoothly handled and compliance with the handling requirements / regulations and meeting the customer service agreement.
Key Accountabilities
- Serving the customer at Express Handling by performing Acceptance, Delivery and warehouse functions as per company Standard Operating Procedures , IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and Malaysia Standards.
- Execute day to day overall operation functions of express cargo, vulnerable cargo, valuable cargo and post office mail – physical cargo handling, data update including documentation and daily revenue collection
- Ensure meeting customers Service Level Agreement.
- Monitor daily vendor performance and prepare daily summary operations report
- Ensure improvement program are implemented as per planned.
Qualifications - Minimum SPM qualifications
- Added advantage:-
- Basic Dangerous Goods Handling
- Basic Cargo handling
- Knowledge in air logistics
- Knowledge in air cargo operations.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or air cargo handling preferred for Diploma/Degree holder. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Minimum 3 years working experience in any fields for SPM holder
