Get Ready To
- Review and process invoices accurately and efficiently;
- Verify invoice details against contracts, purchase orders, and other relevant documents;
- Identify discrepancies and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly;
- Maintain organized records of invoices and related documentation;
- Collaborate with internal teams to address invoice-related queries and issues;
- Assist in the development and implementation of invoice processing improvements.
We Expect You To
- Have university degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or similar field, or to be in your final year of study;
- Be curious and easy learning, attentive to details;
- Be good at MS Excel and good communication skills in English;
- Having experience in finance and/or aviation is not necessary but would be considered as advantage.
