Get Ready To
- Develop and maintain models for business case calculations, empowering strategic decision-making processes;
- Prepare and analyze data to uncover insights on profitability and key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Engage actively in the budgeting process, contributing valuable insights and expertise;
- Proactively address data quality concerns to ensure the reliability and accuracy of our outputs;
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability, identifying potential risks and opportunities for strategic financial planning;
- Respond promptly to business needs by generating ad-hoc calculations and conducting data analyses.
We Expect You To
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, or mathematics;
- Bring at least 3 years of relevant work experience to the table;
- Demonstrate familiarity with accounting principles within ERP systems environment;
- Exhibit the ability to interpret and navigate profit and loss statements effectively;
- Possess a genuine passion for numbers, underpinned by a keen eye for detail and robust analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills;
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Embrace a results-oriented approach, coupled with a can-do attitude;
- Communicate effectively and fluently in English and Lithuanian, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
