We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team. As CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our international aviation company, ensuring its financial health and stability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive financial strategies in alignment with company objectives, driving effective financial planning initiatives
- Support the executive management team with financial and operational information, reports, and expert recommendations for ongoing and future projects
- Set and achieve both short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company's strategic vision
- Perform risk management by analyzing the company's financial liabilities and investments
- Develop and implement streamlined finance, accounting, and auditing procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinate budget planning efforts and oversee budget-to-actual reporting processes
- Monitor company's financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances, maintain a strong internal control environment
We expect you have:
- Demonstrated leadership with a minimum of 5 years in financial management positions, showcasing adeptness in guiding teams towards strategic financial goals
- Profound expertise in Finance and Accounting principles, underpinning decision-making processes with a robust understanding of financial intricacies
- Proficiency in financial management systems with hands-on experience in implementing accounting policies and leveraging analytical tools such as Power BI to drive data-driven insights
- Exceptional analytical skills, adept at dissecting complex financial data to inform strategic decision-making
- Capability to work autonomously while demonstrating a proactive approach to taking ownership and accountability for key financial initiatives
