We are looking to hire a
Talent Acquisition Operations Officer for a
1‑year contract position within our team in Ahmedabad, India.
As Talent Acquisition Operations officer you will be responsible to provide specialized expertise; deliver ad hoc projects, technical knowledge and training to all staff and areas within the recruitment operation Departments. Accountable for the consistent delivery of key services, quality control, implementation of standard practices, QR policies, continuous improvement, candidates’ information delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver interview logistics, coordination and administrative support. Ensure that all the information is tracked and logged in the appropriate systems.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality with regard to the candidates' information contained in Taleo, Email and documents.
- Appropriately escalate questions and concerns managers and recruiters, if required.
- Build expertise in business operations, QR Group standards, and HR/Recruitment Operations policies.
- Support developing and documenting key processes and relevant information for the area.
- Work with the internal customers to ensure SMA’s and offers are submitted as per the SLAs and coordinate with the team to prioritize urgent requests.
- Initiate the assigned requests for exceptional approvals when required.
- Responsible for regular auditing of all candidates tracking database and the weekly reports to identify and inconsistencies.
- Produce regular reports, share the team metrics and ensure the team understands the implications of their work and their contribution to results.
- Handle candidate communication through the ATS, ensuring accuracy with updated policies and QR standards, and deliver messages professionally while collaborating with the Recruitment Systems Team.
- Coordinate within internal HR departments such as HR Admin, HR Payroll and IT to troubleshoot issues during the SMAs, Offer, and Onboarding-related issues.
- Coordinate with external TA Vendors to support TA management in developing system enhancements.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
- Essential to have experience Working in an HR Recruitment, Call Center or shared services environment
- Preferred knowledge in Talent Acquisition systems either as an implementer or admin
- Preferred degree in HR field
- Preferred experience in the Aviation or Travel industries
Job Specific Skills:
- Command on English Language
- Highly Developed Planning /Organizational skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to adapt, multi-task, problem solve and maintain flexibility
- High level of discretion
- Consistently positive attitude.
