We are recruiting for
Production Engineering Engineer to be based in Ahmedabad, India.
Production Engineering Engineer will create, revise and set-up the maintenance instructions in compliance with the relevant regulation and Procedures, in a cost effective manner.
Specific Responsibilities Of The Role Include:
- Ensure compliance with the company procedures relevant to Production Engineering sub-section.
- Adhere to the plans to ensure timely execution of activities pertaining to him.
- Contact OEM or equivalent for any Tech requests or required technical data.
- Ensure that appropriate task instructions are developed while keeping in view the Human Factors, Safety Criticality and complexity of the tasks. Such tasks will be based upon Aircraft Maintenance Program.
- Good knowledge in handling AMP, AMM, IPC and other related maintenance documents.
- Ensure that all maintenance task cards are created/revised /defined properly in TRAX in terms of legislations, technical details, linkage to controls, and controlled in a proper manner.
- Create / revise / set up task cards in TRAX system.
- Ensure necessary consideration is given to Human Factors and Safety principles.
- Involved in projects and developments related to task instructions development of Heavy Maintenance Checks.
- Monitoring / controlling maintenance task cards and on-time revisions.
- Ensure proper review and set up of engineering documents in TRAX.
- Handle and use the approved documents properly to produce the required task cards.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications
To be successful in the role you will need to have the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
- 2 years of Aircraft Maintenance Program, Maintenance Planning and Base Maintenance experience, and
- 2 years of engineering activities, produced documents, and OEM communications, or
- 1 year experience in TRAX functions, mainly TRAXDOC & ENGINEERING.
- ICAO Type II license with not less than 04 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Knowledge of Aeronautical regulations (Part-M & Part-145)
- Good knowledge of Aircraft, approved data and Maintenance concepts
- Excellent in Analytical and Managerial Skills
