We are recruiting for
Senior Production Engineering Engineer to be based in Ahmedabad, India.
Senior Production Engineering Engineer will provide specialized knowledge and team supervision for assigned production engineering functions, and inhouse Task development functions, including but not limited to creation / revision of task cards in accordance with latest approved maintenance documents and QTR standards.
Specific Responsibilities Of The Role Include:
- Ensure timely accurate development of in-house tasks for all customers including Qatar Airways & 3rd Party to support cost effective check monitoring and control.
- Collaborate with relevant assigned production team members to ensure the MH estimates included in the Task card are accurate to support accurate planning and on time execution of the checks.
- Control Manual revisions and assign engineers to carry out revisions / task review.
- Monitor and control Task cards amendment requests (TAR) raised in QTR SharePoint, checking that proper actions are taken against all requests, and updating Line manager.
- Sample and oversee the created / revised task instructions to ensure Human Factors; Safety Criticality and complexity aspects of the tasks are being considered.
- Oversee communication with OEM for any tech request or required tech data, and ensure timely response is in place to support maintenance operations.
- Run pre-defined reports to ensure that all maintenance task cards are defined properly in TRAX, in terms of legislations, technical details, linkage to controls and controlled in a proper manner.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of department.

Qualifications
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience
- Aircraft Maintenance related background with knowledge of aircraft MRO process
- General knowledge of Aircraft Systems, Maintenance Environment constraints.
- Good knowledge of aircraft maintenance data
- Excellent knowledge in handling AMP; AMM; IPC and other related maintenance documents
- Knowledge of Part M and Part-145 Regulations and Functions
- Knowledge of Project Management and execution
- Excellent decision making, analytical and logical skills
- Efficient in time management and above average ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
