Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Platform Leadership:
- Serve as the senior subject matter expert for Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, governance, and best practices.
- Lead the design, optimization, and standardization of Salesforce processes, ensuring scalability, compliance, and long-term sustainability.
- Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and governance oversight across teams involved in Salesforce development and administration.
Advanced Release Management & DevOps (Copado / CI/CD / GitLab):
- Own and mature the end-to-end release management process across all Salesforce environments.
- Architect and optimize Copado CI/CD pipelines, ensuring streamlined deployments, proper version control, and environment integrity.
- Oversee configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Copado pipelines, user stories, and deployment jobs.
- Direct and execute complex metadata and code deployments across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
- Implement automated testing, static code analysis, and compliance frameworks to enhance release quality.
- Establish and enforce GitLab branching standards aligned with enterprise DevOps practices.
Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary liaison between engineering, QA, business stakeholders, and leadership to drive alignment on release schedules, roadmap priorities, and platform enhancements.
- Translate high-level business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Influence cross-functional teams and guide decision-making to ensure platform stability and strategic alignment.
Advanced Salesforce Administration & Solution Design:
- Oversee day-to-day platform operations, including user access management, profiles, permission sets, and licensing strategy.
- Architect and deploy advanced Salesforce solutions using Flows, dynamic layouts, record types, approval processes, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Lead the design and optimization of data models, automation, integrations, and scalable process designs.
- Ensure seamless integration across Salesforce and external systems, APIs, middleware, and platform services.
- Validate, test, and approve complex system changes prior to deployment, ensuring platform reliability.
Agile Delivery & Continuous Improvement:
- Lead participation in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across platform automation, data quality, release processes, and system performance.
- Proactively identify opportunities to advance CRM functionality, user experience, and system efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience, with significant exposure to Sales and Service Cloud.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator required
- Salesforce development background (Apex, SOQL, LWC basics) is a strong plus.
- Extensive DevOps Devops(Copado/Gearset/CI/CD/Flosum) and release management experience, especially with GitLab and Copado.
- Mastery of Salesforce Flow and other declarative automation tools.
- Exceptional communication, leadership presence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Administrator or Admin Super Set certification strongly preferred
- Functional knowledge of the airline business or airline IT processes; B2B Partnerships
- Experience mentoring junior admins or leading small technical teams.
