Johnson Service Group is seeking Production Equipment Technicians for Day Shift and Swing Shift for contract positions that may go full-time depending on performance.

Payrate Day $26.50 per hour
Payrate Swing $28.00
Hours:Â Â
Day Shift: 6:45 a.m. â 3:15 p.m.
Hours:Â
Swing Shift:Â 3:35 p.m. - 12:05 a.m.
Responsibilities:
Â
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production tools and equipment.
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance to keep equipment running.
- Work with vendors to resolve equipment issues.
- Build, install, and set up tools and equipment for production.
- Support the Process Engineering team with projects and programs.
- Maintain maintenance records, tooling logs, and asset documentation.
- Order parts and supplies needed for equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Provide daily technical support to production teams.
- Recommend tooling or equipment improvements with Production and Engineering teams.
- Train production staff on equipment use when needed.
Qualififcations
- 2+ years of related experience with an associateâs degree, or 4+ years of hands-on experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong mechanical and hands-on skills.
- Basic understanding of electro-mechanical systems.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work with small precision tools.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
