How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)
- Systematically design, develop and maintain Instructor-Led and Computer-Based Training materials and experiences for a multitude of Pilot Training programs as assigned.
- Enhance the pilot learner experience by aligning content with specific learning objectives and tailor it to the evolving needs of the audience using data and adopting the ADDIE or SAM methodologies.
- Collaborate with multiple work groups to ensure regulatory cross training requirements
- Perform user-related tasks in SuccessFactors Cloud LMS including curriculum assignment, forced completion of content objects, and assignment of alternate job codes.
- Monitor feedback loop daily to identify any issues within the content or LMS.
- Document information on each reported incident for the purpose of identifying trends.
- Brief stakeholders on patterns of pilot performance and advise on program updates.
- Providing frontline e-learning technical support to users.
- Diagnose issues and select the right mitigation, being the point of escalation for team.
- Communicate professionally with users experiencing technical issues.
- Updating knowledge articles based on evolving information.
- Proactively share concerns and ideas cross-functionally and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work with corporate Learning teams (including but not limited to GLLD, HRIX, HRBP, and compliance) to ensure learning systems are monitored, tested and supported.
- Create infrastructure and documentation related to the building and maintaining of curricula, items, assessments and content objects within the LMS for the purpose of iterative learning design and implementation.
- Develop visual consistency across materials, refined brand voice, and contributed to cohesive, recognizable brand experiences.
- Initiate and schedule reoccurring and ad hoc reports for leadership, Learning teams, and stakeholders.
- Manage electronic systems validation learning (eSV) creation and identify improvement opportunities in compliance with AQP and FAA regulations.

- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Minimum 3-5 years’ recent experience in learning instructional systems, specifically related to technical users and e-learning content.
- Minimum two years’ experience providing frontline technical support to e-learning users.
- Recent experience in SuccessFactors Cloud LMS within last year.
- Design thinking that reflects an understanding of the diversity of learners, including the demonstrated understanding of cultural and other differences that may apply.
- The ability to apply concepts, techniques and theory of other disciplines to instructional assessment strategies.
- Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles.
- Consistently makes safety and security of self and others the priority.
- Proficiency with industry standard design software (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong project management and leadership competencies to achieve design target timelines.
- Ability to create storyboards to effectively present training concepts and approaches.
- Effective verbal and written communicator.
- Customer-focused with ability to render professional support.
- Critical thinker able to triage issues, provide solutions and identify trends.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook
