Title: CAT A Certifying Mechanic
Location: Pan India
Experience: 1 - 5 Years
What You’ll Do
- Perform aircraft maintenance and defect rectification as per approved maintenance manuals.
- Certify maintenance tasks under authorization scope.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and servicing during line maintenance operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance documentation before aircraft release.
- Issue CRS after satisfactory completion of maintenance tasks.
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards during maintenance execution.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, procedures, and defect reports.
- Support technician activities as per operational requirements.
- Report technical defects, incidents, and discrepancies to reporting managers.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for smooth operational workflow.
- Maintain compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures.
What You Need
Experience
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or line maintenance environment.
- Experience in servicing, inspections, and defect troubleshooting preferred.
Licensing / Qualification
- AME License Cat A1 (Turbine Engine) issued by DGCA (India).
- Aircraft authorization on B737 NG / B737 MAX / A320 / ATR preferred.
Skills
- Knowledge of CAR145 / CAR M regulations.
- Understanding of Quality Systems and CAME.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and manuals.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in shift-based operations.
