At RTR, we support key financial processes such as intercompany accounting and period closing. We offer support from experienced professionals and the opportunity to learn in a friendly environment.
Tasks
What Will You Do?
Support for Accounting Processes
- Process intercompany invoices in line with Lufthansa Group policies
- Support the settlement of receivables and payables between group entities (WIP clearing)
- Support Fixed Assets processes by preparing and performing first-level checks
- Participate in account reconciliations and documentation preparation
Closing & Reporting
- Support monthly and year-end closing activities
- Help reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts
- Verify data accuracy in financial systems
Process Support & Communication
- Help update process documentation
- Cooperate with internal customers and other departments
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
Requirements
Who Are We Looking For?
- Student of Finance, Accounting, or Economics (at least 2nd year of studies)
- Good command of English (min. B2); German is a plus
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel; SAP experience is an asset
- Interest in accounting and willingness to learn
- Accuracy, reliability, and engagement
- Teamwork and communication skills
