Join our team at the AOG Desk as a Technical Purchaser and take charge of resolving
critical aircraft issues worldwide, 24/7.
- You source urgently needed spare parts, negotiate immediate availability, and decide on the best supply solution (purchase, loan, exchange).
- You coordinate transport with logistics partners, track and expedite shipments, and collaborate closely with Maintenance and internal teams.
- You ensure quick case resolution and handle administrative follow-up for complex AOG incidents.
- You completed a technical and/or commercial education and have at least 2 years experience in logistics and/or procurement, preferably in an aviation environment.
- You have effective written and verbal communication skills in English, any other language is an advantage.
- You have good IT know-how (MS Office), AMOS knowledge is an advantage.
- You are willing to work in shifts (day, night).
- You are capable to lead negotiations and make quick decisions independently.
- You are able to handle complex tasks and work under pressure.
- You have excellent problem solving and prioritizing skills.
- You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.
