As the
Aircraft Maintenance (AM) Trimmer you will be responsible for the manufacture and repair of aircraft and component trimming and furnishings, including but not limited to; aircraft interior furnishings and ULD straps and curtains. You will be working with a range of specialist teams enabling you to provide excellent engineering standards on a solid foundation of safety, quality, reliability and service.
You’ll have –
- Completed Certificate III in Automotive and Marine Trimming Technology (AQF AUR32320) or equivalent.
- Relevant Aircraft Maintenance experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Previous relevant experience with interior trimming.
- Proven ability to work within tight tolerances requiring a high degree of precision and accuracy.
- Ability to complete all documentation and reporting requirements to a high standard.
- Taken ownership and driven outcomes to meet business requirements.
- Compliance and safety focus, adhering to all safe working practices and service standards.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
- Commitment to being customer focused with the flexibility and willingness to undertake other reasonable duties as required.
- A working knowledge of computers and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly developed attention to detail.
- Demonstrated highly ethical behaviour standards and self-discipline.
