Riyadh Air (RX), headquartered in the Saudi Capital, is the new national airline shaping the future of flying. Digitally native and boldly ambitious, Riyadh Air is transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub - connecting the Kingdom to more than 100 destinations and setting new standards across every dimension of the passenger experience.
About The Role
Are you detail-driven, compliance-focused, and ready to play a critical role at the heart of a world-class aviation operation?
As Inspection Officer, you will be central to the smooth functioning of our Compliance, Quality and Maintenance Standards (CQMS) function - supporting the Chief Inspector in upholding the highest regulatory and operational standards across our growing fleet.
In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end administration of Internal Authorisation Certificates for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, ensuring all licensing is processed accurately and in full compliance with GACA and relevant Civil Aviation Authorities. You will manage electronic personal records, monitor certificate validity, and proactively flag actions required to maintain compliance.
You can expect to control the revision of Technical Procedures within Corporate Manuals and Internal Procedures, administer supplier and vendor approvals through the AMOS system, and coordinate Airworthiness Review records. You will also support the development of Quality Bulletins and recurrent training content, ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
This is a role where your precision, organisation, and commitment to excellence will directly support the integrity of Riyadh Air's engineering and inspection programme.
About You
You will bring at least 5 years of proven administrative experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the aviation or airline environment. A Higher National Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess a strong ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate written content. You can read and interpret complex technical documentation with confidence, and you bring a natural attention to detail and commitment to flawlessness in everything you do.
We'd love to hear from you even more if you bring:
- Familiarity with the AMOS system
- Training in Quality Standards or Authorisation Systems
- Experience working within a multicultural, fast-paced environment
- Arabic language skills (an advantage)
Above all, you approach your work with a strategic mindset, a focus on accountability, and the instinct to build trust across every level of the organisation.
This is your opportunity to be part of something truly extraordinary. Bring your best and show us why you are the right fit for Riyadh Air.
