Manager – Quality Assurance & Audits
Experience: Minimum 10 years of overall airline industry experience, with at least 5 years in airline safety, compliance, or quality management functions. Experience in SMS is desirable.
Expertise: Strong understanding of DGCA regulatory requirements and IOSA standards.
Job Description
· Prepare and publish the Audit Plan; ensure timely execution and adherence.
· Participate in audits, inspections, and surveillance activities as part of the audit team.
· Develop, review, and maintain audit and inspection checklists.
· Follow up on audit, inspection, and surveillance findings to ensure timely compliance.
· Maintain records of all audits, inspections, and surveillance, including E-IOSA.
· Conduct regular audits and inspections across operational areas (Ramp/Apron, Load & Trim, Engineering, Cargo, Security, FDTL, MEL compliance, Flight Operations, Maintenance & Engineering).
· Analyze and finalize Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs) in coordination with departments.
· Conduct and participate in Safety Risk Assessments; maintain related records and follow up on actions.
· Maintain and analyze Safety and Quality data; update relevant databases.
· Manage hazard reports and ensure timely follow-up.
· Assist in preparation of safety meetings, manuals, circulars, bulletins, and checklists.
· Prepare audit/surveillance reports and ensure timely communication to stakeholders.
· Support safety review meetings and record minutes.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by Chief/Dy Chief of Flight Safety.
Qualifications
Flight Crew License (CPL/ATPL) with 10 years of airline experience of which minimum 5 years in the airline safety, compliance or quality department.

Engineering & Maintenance (Holder of B1/B2 license) with 10 years of airline experience of which minimum 5 years in the airline safety, compliance or quality department.
or
B. Tech in Aerospace Engineering with 10 years of airline experience of which minimum 5 years in the airline safety, compliance or quality department.
or
Any graduate with 10 years of airline experience of which minimum 5 years in the airline safety, compliance or quality department.
