What you will do:
(MTU Engine knowledge is Preferred)
Provide comprehensive technical support in the matters of equipment maintenance/servicing, diagnostic, repair and commissioning, ensure the highest-quality relations between the Customer, represent the Company in the eyes of the Customer and be always ready to answer any existing questions within the scope of their competence, in the area of their responsibility.
Key Accountabilities
Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders during the life cycle of products and solutions delivered or serviced by RRS.
Perform maintenance and repairs on all MTU and DDC engines, electronic/ electrical control systems and gen-sets to the required RRS standards. Ensure reliability of all repairs and maintenance works.
Train, guide and transfer technical knowledge to local technicians and engineers during site visits and repairs.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with job performance & through positive interactions with
customers.
·Prepare and establish technical reports and notes during shop and field jobs required in report preparation.
·Contact and coordinate required action within the internal organization to resolve technical tasks.
·Represent RR SME in the most professional way and be able to take decisions while in the field.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
Qualifications/ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, preferably in Controls, Automation OR Mechanical Engineering.
Experience and product knowledge on MTU engines/systems is mandatory ( S2000, S4000, S8000)
MTU Engines S538, S595, S1163, S183 knowledge is desirable
Knowledge in MTU engines, both mechanically and electrically.
Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with any Rolls Royce Subsidiary, partner, or distributor.
Knowledgeable in MS office. and SAP is good to have.
Good English knowledge (oral and written)
