We are looking for a Junior IT Customer Support Agent who will support internal users in their daily work with business applications. This role is a great opportunity to start or develop your career in IT, even if your previous experience comes from another corporate environment.

- Provide first-level IT support for internal users
- Answer technical questions via phone, email and ticketing system
- Support users in solving basic system and application issues
- Handle access requests and authorization management in business systems (including SAP)
- Register, track and resolve user requests in the ticketing tool
- Escalate more complex issues to specialized IT teams when needed
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base related to support processes
- Cooperate with colleagues and other departments to ensure high quality of service
- Build positive relationships with internal customers
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
- German and English at minimum B2 level (both written and spoken)
- Interest in developing a career in IT support or IT operations
- Very good communication and customer-oriented attitude
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good organization of work and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Openness to learning new systems and technologies
- Experience in customer service or corporate environment will be an asset
- Basic understanding of IT systems or experience with SAP will be a plus
