The Software Engineering Intern, Connectivity will support the development and testing of software for the AeroConnect product. This role provides hands-on experience working alongside experienced engineers on real-world connectivity and embedded software projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Support software development activities for Connectivity products
- Assist with coding, debugging, and testing under the guidance of senior engineers
- Participate in unit testing and help document test results
- Assist in creating and updating technical documentation
- Support troubleshooting efforts for software and system integration issues
- Attend team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks
- Learn and follow established software development processes and best practices
- Assist with lab setup, software builds, and validation activities as needed
Requirements
Core Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Completion of at least two years of undergraduate coursework
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and software development fundamentals
- Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or similar through coursework or projects
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) through coursework or internships is a plus
- Exposure to embedded systems, networking, or operating systems concepts through academic projects is preferred
- Ability to understand and follow technical documentation

The compensation for this position will be $28.00 for Juniors & $29.00 for Seniors.
