The
Sales and Marketing Support Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling commercial performance across a dynamic and highly competitive region. Working closely with Sales and Marketing leaders, you’ll assist with sales reporting, campaign coordination, and trade communications that help keep commercial activity running smoothly. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys being across the detail, takes a proactive approach, and can adapt quickly as priorities change.
This is a hands-on opportunity that offers exposure across sales support, marketing activity and day-to-day commercial initiatives. You’ll work with both local and Australia based teams to help coordinate campaigns, maintain trade content, and support activities such as route launches and trade programs. You’ll build strong foundations in a commercial environment while developing your ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organised, and support the team to deliver at pace.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- Previous experience in a sales support, marketing coordination, administration or commercial support role
- Exposure to technical support environments, with experience working with NDC (New Distribution Capability) and GDS (Global Distribution Systems) technologies
- Experience using Amadeus, or similar reservation and distribution systems
- A practical, hands-on approach with the confidence to ask questions and show initiative
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy, particularly when handling data and reporting
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative and supportive mindset, with the ability to work effectively with both local and remote stakeholders
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), with openness to learning new systems and tools
