The Payroll & HR Analyst – Latin America & Caribbean supports day to day payroll and HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of processes. This role partners closely with HRS teams, Regional HR, Finance, and third party vendors to maintain data integrity, resolve operational issues, and provide consistent, high quality employee support in a fast paced, multinational environment.
The analyst is responsible for executing payroll inputs and validations, coordinating HR lifecycle activities, ensuring adherence to regional labor and statutory requirements, and contributing to operational excellence through documentation and continuous improvement. This position can be based anywhere in the Southeast.

Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Operations (HR Service – Payroll)
- Execute end to end payroll activities for assigned Latin America & Caribbean countries according to documented processes and compliance requirements.
- Validate payroll inputs and outputs, identify discrepancies, and escalate exceptions to the appropriate HRS lead/manager and vendor partners.
- Coordinate routine payroll tasks with external vendors (data transfers, issue ticket creation, follow ups) and track items through resolution.
- Support statutory reporting requirements, mandatory benefits processing, and payroll audits as needed.
- Perform payroll GL posting support and basic account reconciliation in partnership with Finance.
- Support payroll related banking operations, including payment file uploads, confirmations, and timely escalation of payment exceptions.

Core HR & Employee Lifecycle Support (HR Services – Core HR)
- Maintain accurate employee master data and personnel files in HR systems, following HRS data integrity and compliance standards.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding coordination, offboarding documentation, job changes, and personnel updates aligned with country requirements.
- Assist with administration of HR- and payroll related benefits (health, retirement, statutory programs), ensuring proper alignment with payroll cycles and regulatory obligations.

Employee Support (HR Services – Employee Experience & Contact Center Alignment)
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, HR processes, and benefits with accuracy, care, and proper case documentation.
- Route complex or sensitive cases in accordance with HRS escalation protocols.
- Maintain service delivery standards by ensuring timely follow up, accurate case notes, and alignment to SLAs.

Compliance, Controls & Operational Excellence
- Monitor and log updates to local labor laws, payroll practices, and statutory requirements; escalate changes to the appropriate HRS and vendor leads for evaluation.
- Ensure adherence to HRS standard operating procedures, internal controls, confidentiality standards, and data privacy rules.
- Maintain process documentation, checklists, trackers, and SOPs to support operational consistency and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to enhance accuracy, reduce rework, or streamline processes, including improvements to trackers, templates, or standard work.

endor Coordination (Payroll & HR Vendors)
- Support day to day coordination with third party payroll and HR service providers to ensure accurate processing and timely issue resolution.
- Review vendor deliverables for completeness and accuracy before final payroll approval.
- Track vendor tickets and follow ups, ensuring items remain on schedule and escalations occur as needed
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2 years of payroll or HR operations experience, ideally supporting Latin America and/or Caribbean countries.
- Business-level proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Experience supporting payroll and HR processes in a multinational or shared services environment.
- Working knowledge of regional labor laws, payroll compliance, and confidentiality standards.
- Experience with ADP, Neeyamo, or comparable external payroll vendors.
- Familiarity with GL posting and account reconciliation concepts.
- Familiarity with payroll banking processes, including payment file handling and account confirmations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills across HR, Finance, IT, and external vendor partners.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently within established processes.
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

- Experience improving documentation, trackers, templates, or standard work to reduce errors and improve consistency
