Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or equivalent education/experience
- Project/Program Management experience
- Experience working within and leading cross functional teams

Job Description
This position will be an integral part of the F-35 Deputy Office Program Management team and serve as the F-35 Cost competitiveness POC and as back up for F-35 NBF and Allocations scope.
The position will provide budgetary oversight, drive cost competitiveness initiatives across the program, support business reporting rhythms, prepare presentations up to ELT level, and make budgetary and cost reduction recommendations to senior management. the candidate will also work closely with the F-35 Program Offices, Estimating, GSC, Production Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Business Management.
Responsibilities Include
- Establishing and managing the internal F-35 Roadmap and organizational targets for cost competitiveness
- Drive schedule, cost, performance, and risk management objectives to meet internal stakeholder expectations.
- Backup support for F-35 New Business Funds and F-35 Allocations to ensure performance and deliverables align to F-35 strategic and operational goals.
- Support Business Case development
- Support White paper development
- Support Special Projects as required

- Experience with cost reduction activities
- Demonstrated Business Acumen Skills
- Supply Chain, Production, Development, or Sustainment experience
- Strong Communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
