Senior Executive, Global Corporate Sales

Position Summary
The Senior Executive, Global Corporate Sales supports the growth and management of global corporate accounts through sales execution, account coordination, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up. This role exists to strengthen day-to-day support for global corporate sales activities, ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives, and contribute to revenue growth and account retention within approved commercial guidelines and company policies.
Key Accountability
- Support the management, retention, and growth of global corporate accounts in line with the global corporate sales objectives and revenue targets.
- Assist in prospecting, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities across global corporate accounts and related travel management partners.
- Prepare and coordinate RFIs, RFPs, tenders, commercial proposals, and supporting documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support contract implementation activities, including internal coordination for fare filing, account setup, ticketing instructions, and servicing requirements.
- Analyse account performance, revenue contribution, market share, and travel behaviour to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular account reviews, sales reports, customer presentations, and commercial updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients, procurement teams, and TMCs to support account servicing and retention.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders across commercial and operational functions to ensure smooth delivery of agreed account commitments.
- Gather and share market intelligence, competitor developments, and customer insights to support commercial planning and negotiation strategies.
- Maintain accurate account records, contract trackers, opportunity pipelines, and follow-up actions to ensure strong commercial discipline and execution.
- Assist in resolving account-related issues and follow through on customer requests, service gaps, and commercial actions in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial guidelines, delegated authority limits, and applicable contractual requirements.
Qualification & Working Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Aviation Management or Sales Management is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in corporate sales roles within Aviation or Hospitality Industry.
- Experience in the development of presentations, policies and procedures using Microsoft office.
- Strong understanding of the corporate sector, including business culture, regulatory environment, and market trends.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and supporting the management of a sales pipeline.
