Position Summary
A pivotal role in shaping and executing commercial communications and creative strategies. This position is responsible for driving brand awareness, developing compelling content, and creating impactful campaigns that resonate with MAG target audience.
Key Accountability
- Develop and implement the overall commercial communications and creative strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of creative professionals in campaigns & go-to-market (GTM) plans by providing strategic communications direction and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketers, and other team members to bring their ideas to life.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to understand customer needs and develop effective communication strategies.
- Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts.
- Oversee the development of engaging and high-quality content across various channels, including social media, website, email marketing, and print collateral.
- Drive the development and execution of creative concepts, ensuring consistency, brand integrity, and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing trends, platforms, and technologies to continuously enhance our marketing efforts.
- Monitor project statuses, governance, budget, contracts and tenders accordingly.
Qualification & Working Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Advertising or a related field.
- 4-5 proven years of experience in combination of the following fields: brand communication strategy, GTM campaign plans, brand campaign management, preferably in a similar industry or agency environment.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing techniques and tools.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of creative work.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
