As a Fleet Transition Engineer, you’ll play a key role in managing aircraft deliveries, redeliveries, and lease transitions, ensuring every aircraft meets the highest technical, regulatory, and contractual standards.
You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, maintenance, and asset management, collaborating with lessors, MROs, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient aircraft transitions.
👉 This role is designed for CAMO Engineers with around 2–3 years of airline experience, looking to step into fleet transitions and expand their exposure to aircraft lifecycle management.

How will it be to work with us?
Support aircraft deliveries and redeliveries, ensuring smooth transitions aligned with lease conditions and regulatory requirements
Act as a technical point of contact with lessors, supporting audits and acceptance/rejection processes
Coordinate with MROs and service providers to ensure required maintenance, modifications, and reconfigurations are completed
Follow up on ADs, SBs, maintenance status, and modifications, ensuring compliance with EASA/AESA and lease obligations
Review technical records and documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy for transitions
Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Legal, and Operations teams to support transition activities
Contribute to technical reporting, discrepancy management, and risk assessments
Support aircraft phase-in / phase-out, acquisitions, and lease returns

What will make you succeed in this position:
Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
Around 2–3 years of experience in a CAMO or airline engineering environment
Good understanding of EASA regulations, Part-M / CAMO environment, and airworthiness requirements.
Exposure to aircraft deliveries, redeliveries, or fleet transitions is a strong plus
Experience working with Airbus documentation and technical data is highly valued.
Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment
