Our client is seeking a
Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead finance and technology transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and support strategic growth within a complex alternative asset management environment.
Must Have
- 10+ years as a PM
- Experience leading finance/tech transformation projects
- Experience managing large-scale initiatives / transformational projects in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder / executive communication
- Financial acumen
- Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills
Nice to Have
- JIRA
- Power BI
- Knowledge of Alteryx, Anaplan, OneStream, or similar tools
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of finance and technology transformation projects
- Help manage large-scale initiatives and transformation-related workstreams
- Coordinate project activities using Agile ways of working from planning through execution
- Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams across complex environments
- Assist with initiatives related to finance or technology transformation programs
- Contribute to efforts to improve core finance processes, including close, FP&A, and reporting
- Use project management and data tools such as JIRA and Power BI to support project execution
