AND
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as an aircraft painter, or experience in a similar industry that demonstrates:
1. Excellent manual dexterity
2. Mastery of surface preparation using sanding equipment, hazardous materials, paint mixing
3. Mastery of the use of air brush equipment, spray painting equipment
AND
- Successfully pass an entrance assessment demonstrating basic aircraft painting skills (applicable to all the above prerequisites)
Required skills:
- Operation of spray equipment (electrostatic spray gun)
- Surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Paint preparation and mixing in accordance with required standards and ratios
Preferred skills:
- Application of paint to aircraft structures per specifications
- Electrical bonding preparation
Must be open to any shift (shifts cannot be guaranteed)
