Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defence vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.

Key Accountabilities:
Achieve the sales targets for Rolls-Royce Solutions PowerGen business in APAC for critical power solutions
Execute on defined growth measures, country strategies, key deals, life cycle analysis with specific to grow market share of Rolls-Royce.
Prepare respectively market strategic decisions to grow the business in the associated countries within the framework of the responsibility in close cooperation with the necessary internal and external partners
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Attend promotional campaigns, trade shows, seminars, symposiums and product presentations
Develop, establish and maintain strong customer relationship.
Motivate, support and review our Distributors, System Integrators and/ or direct customers to find optimal critical power solutions
Maintain a deep understanding of critical power backup systems
Support network management, marketing, sales engineering, project management, order management, controlling, R&D by providing necessary information
Provide the specification / requirements to the application team / member for application engineering matters; use the computerized engineering tools/database and technical library information and factory standards for the sales work.
Qualifications and skills:
University / college studies in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering
Sales experience (min. 5 years) in relevant industry or power generation business.
Strong sales track record from lead to quote to order to completed project & installations
Understanding of technical specification and applications of critical power systems
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills and team management
Experienced in commercial terms
Independent, reliable and proactive personality
